Ambassador Lead

Meet Shiva - a multi-sport athlete at Winston Churchill High School, where she plays lacrosse and field hockey, her two favorite sports. While tennis is something she plays recreationally, it holds a special place in her life because she enjoys playing socially with friends. This social love for the game is part of what brought Shiva to Love 15.

As the youngest in her family - with an older sister now at Penn State University - Shiva grew up watching what it looks like to lead by example. She has carried that into her own life through her commitment to serving others, volunteering at local food banks, collecting coats for those in need, and participating in community outreach programs with family and friends.

For Shiva, joining Love 15 was a way to bring together two things she truly cares about - sports and service. In her own words: "I wanted to join Love 15 because I believe every child should have the chance to compete and grow through tennis, no matter their background or circumstances."

As an Ambassador Lead for Winston Churchill, Shiva is excited to help bring more visibility to Love 15 within her school community and to help open the door of tennis to kids who might never have had the chance to play.
